Things have gotten really busy for me all the sudden. Mainly because I had a little freak out moment where I realize my wedding was less than three months away. I've been a big slacker as far as that goes... UNTIL NOW. I'm gonna buckle down and get some work done on that!
Please accept my apologies about the missing comic. It will undoubtedly keep happening as my other projects and jobs take precedence right now. I won't forget about you guys, unlike, say, my <a href="http://www.grapefruitcake.com/index.php">photoblog</a>...

Wow, it's been way too long since I've updated this site! The short explanation is I've been busy.

Here's the long explanation:
First and foremost, my wedding preparations have consumed my free time. There's sooo much I've been putting off. Last year when we got engaged a wedding seemed like such a good idea...

My workload increased last month too with a visit from my parents. I was able to plan a fantastic trip for them here in Japan though. We had a blast running all over the country but unfortunately a lot of my projects had to go on the back burner.

Additional challenges come from my tendency to take it easy in the summer. I don't know what it is about this time of year that makes me want to lay around all day doing nothing. -sigh- Where's my seasonal video game fix?

To appease the few people who still have faith in me, I'm updating with a little happy picture. It makes me happy at least... I might start doing Silas' sword like that in the comic as well.
